I believe a meaningful life is built on purpose, 1% at a time — and YOUTHinc is proof of it. What began as a small nonprofit in the USA in 2009 grew into something bigger in 2019, when we re-established in Mongolia because of a growing skills mismatch — what young Mongolians were learning didn't match what employers needed. Since 2021, we've been building our career-connected learning pipeline cohort by cohort — from Pilot 1 to our flagship Mongol Diaspora Internship Program with IOM Mongolia, 13 cohorts and counting — and we're still growing, as a social enterprise built on the coordinated efforts of YOUTH and INC to close that same mismatch.
