Internship, skills training and development programs

Every cohort, in order

Tier 1 · Pilot internships (1–4)

Pilot internships — one generic brand, mixed ages

Broad, mixed-age pilots under one generic brand, built with World Bank funding and the Bayangol District Labour Office — proving the internship model works.

Tier 2 · Branded programs (5–8)

Branded programs — named partners, still single-track

Each cohort now carries its own name and a named delivery partner — MEA, Erxes, Rely, MEDPLUS × UNFPA — but still runs as one internship track, not yet a multi-track pathway.

Tier 3 · Youth development programs — career-connected learning (9–12)

Youth Development Programs — career-connected learning, multi-track

The model shift that defines this tier: named programs became structured, multi-track career pathways, not one-off internships.

Tier 4 · Mongol Diaspora (13)

Mongol Diaspora

Mongolia's first diaspora internship, with IOM Mongolia: 24 students placed with 9 host organisations for 11 weeks, June to August 2026.
