About the program
The goal of the MLP-2024 Medical Leadership Program is to prepare the best and leading medical specialists of the future by developing the leadership skills and competencies of senior-year medical students and newly graduated specialists in practice.
Through MLP-2024, participants grow personally and professionally in the health sector, connect with leading experts in the field and with international opportunities to study abroad, and initiate and implement projects supporting public health.
MLP-2024 is organised by MEDPLUS in its third year, and co-organised with YOUTHinc as its 8th internship program — in collaboration with professional organisations in different fields, providing the hard and soft skills, competencies and practical experience the changing world of work demands. The partnership agreement was signed by A. Jamyansuren, Chairman of the Board of MEDPLUS, and Ch. Baljinnyam, Founder and Director of YOUTHinc.
