Partners

YOUTHinc and erxes Mongolia jointly implemented the program with a shared mission: to reduce gender inequality in the IT industry, increase women's participation, improve the skills, development, social participation and leadership of young female engineers, prepare them for future jobs and promote decent work.

The program was supported by Women in Tech Mongolia, whose industry experts took part, and by the Decent Work for Youth Network in Mongolia — 17 governmental and non-governmental organisations working on youth development, employment and labour rights.

erxes Mongolia had run Bootcamp to Work 2022 for creative young people eager to learn; in 2023 it ran the bootcamp under the “Empowering Girls in Tech” name together with YOUTHinc.
