The 5 Treasure Islands
Work. Learn. Develop. — what is free, what you pay for, what you earn, and what you get back.
Your membership as a map
YOUTHinc is a community of young Mongolian professionals. This page explains membership in plain words: what is free, what you pay for, what you earn, and what you get back.
Tap any level to see what it asks for. A level opens when the one before it is done, and a star, once collected, is never taken back.
One rule above all: money buys access. Points and rank are earned and can never be bought.
Live Pilot Proposed Live exists today. Pilot starts now, and its numbers are reviewed after 90 days. Proposed still needs a decision from YOUTHinc leadership or a signed partner agreement, so it is not a promise.

What each plan gives you
A plan answers “what can I use?” An island answers “what have I earned?” Money can buy only one step: Free to Standard. Pro is granted by rank.

Choose, earn, graduate.
Islands 1 and 2 are access you choose, and Island 2 also needs points. Islands 3 and 4 are rank you earn. Island 5 is where you graduate to.
- 02
Two balances, one for each job.
Rank Points only go up, never expire, and decide your island. Reward Points are what you redeem, and they expire 12 months after you earn them. On Island 5, Legacy Points record your giving back.
- 03
The Point System opens on Island 1.
Explorers earn Rank Points from day one. They count toward Builder the moment you subscribe.
- 04
Money never buys points, an island or a badge.
The fee buys access to the Standard plan, nothing else. Donations and sponsorship are welcome, and they never convert into points.
- 05
Everything is verified by someone other than you.
No evidence, no points.
- 06
You keep what you earned.
If your subscription lapses, your record is frozen, not erased. An island you have reached is never lowered, except that Ambassador is a 12-month term.
One point, two balances
Each verified point lands in both balances at once. Rank goes up and stays up. Reward goes up, goes down when you redeem, and loses points that are 12 months old. Redeeming therefore never moves you off your island.

Rank Points
A running total that sets your island. Never spent, never expires, never drops.
Reward Points
The same points, as a spendable balance. They expire 12 months after you earn them, oldest first.
Legacy Points
Island 5 only: a record of what Alumni give back. Never spent, never converts into rank.

What earns points
Every action shows its points, what you need to show, and its limit. There is also a general limit of about 100 points a month across repeating actions. Claims are made within 30 days and carry one or two SDG tags.

Verified Talent is a checkpoint, never a purchase: it opens once you are a Builder and have passed the identity check and the Evidence Summary review. It costs nothing.
Coaching, hiring events and CV highlights depend on INC partners who agree to provide mentors and receive candidates. YOUTHinc opens the door and prepares you well. It does not guarantee interviews, placements or scholarships.
Proof you can share
Badges are earned, never spent. Each has a public verification page that shows the badge name, the date and what was verified, with no private data — add it to LinkedIn under Licenses & Certifications, with YOUTHinc as the issuer.

How claims are checked
- Evidence firstEvery claim carries external proof. No evidence, no points.
- A second personA verifier who is not you confirms each claim, with no conflict of interest.
- 30-day windowClaim within 30 days of the activity. Verification decisions target 10 working days.
- ReferralsNo self-referrals or duplicates. The 10% fee credit is given after the referred member's payment clears and the refund window closes, as credit toward your own membership — never cash.
- No cash valuePoints cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
- Honesty and appealsFake claims, copied content or invented numbers lead to removed points and a review. You can appeal; the leadership team's decision is final.
- PrivacyPoints are private by default. Employer visibility is opt-in and you can switch it off at any time. Any leaderboard is opt-in and off for under-18 members.
Lapsed subscription
Your points, badges and island are frozen, not erased. Renew within 12 months and everything resumes. Rank Points never expire.
Pro and inactivity
A Fellow or Ambassador who falls below the activity line returns to the Standard plan. The island stays. Earn the points back, and Pro returns.
Under 18
A guardian's consent is needed to join Standard, for employer visibility, and for photos or video. Coaching and the CV highlight begin at 18.
Two sides, one community
Employers do not pay for a list of names. They pay for confidence that the people on it are committed, skilled and reliable. Every time a member moves across an island, YOUTHinc gains more verified evidence about them.

- What a partner sees, only with the member's opt-in: island and badges, a summary of the skills self-assessment, verified hours and sessions hosted.
- What a partner does not see: contact details, until the member agrees to an introduction. Introductions go through YOUTHinc, and nothing is exported in bulk.
- What the record proves: participation, reliability and demonstrated contribution, verified by YOUTHinc. It does not replace a degree, a license or your own interview.
- The member's control: employer visibility is off by default, opt-in, and can be switched off at any time.
- The INC portal is planned, not live. Until it is, YOUTHinc runs each step by hand and shares curated shortlists.
