What had I learned for season 1? What problems did I face to?
Hello, My name is Munkh-Erdene. I participated in YOUTHinc interview in August. I entered a team which name is “Ecomax”. I am one man in my team.
We received first assignment at the first week. My team had been active. We divided task among each participant. But we had a problem that is we hadn't met in person. After a week later, We presented the task to others. I know that our presentation had many different slides and videos. It was like “Yes we divided our task and we didn't talk each other enough”. I was disappointed. From this, I realised one team do complete one task, not many types of task. And it was hard for me to come up with new ideas when I was alone. It's easier to come up with new ideas as long as you have a team. I understood the importance of teamwork in season 1. I learned how to use Canva app. This application is useful thing. It is easy to prepare presentation and poster. I can use easier.
