THE GOAL of the Program is to bridge the gaps between youth and employers by increasing employability competencies through practical experience in real working conditions at the employer workplace; and enabling both Employers and young individuals to enter the labour market prepared and assist them in the preparation of decent, stable labour relations and future of work within the framework of Mongolia and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
