We are proud to announce that YOUTHinc. — Young Mongolian Professionals Association — is the Implementing Partner Organisation for the IOM Mongol Diaspora Pilot Internship Programme, Summer 2026, and the programme is officially underway!
This is a historic milestone: the first ever pilot diaspora internship programme in Mongolia, co-delivered by IOM Mongolia (International Organization for Migration) and YOUTHinc., designed to bridge skilled Mongolian diaspora talent with Mongolia's leading employers.

A kickoff gathering bringing together all 9 host organisations and partners to align everyone on the programme structure, intern supervision framework, and YOUTHinc.'s parallel capacity-building curriculum.

🌐 Online Pre-Departure Orientation — June 5, 2026
On June 5, we successfully held our Online Pre-Departure Orientation for all 24 selected diaspora interns — joining live from across Asia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. The session covered programme expectations, host organisation placements, YOUTHinc.'s 5+1 Track workshop curriculum, wellbeing resources, and community-building.
📅 What's Next
Our interns officially begin at their host organisations for an 11-week journey of work, learning, and development (through August 25).
Each intern receives:
💰 USD 1,000 stipend (funded by IOM)
🏢 ~4 days/week at their host organisation
📚 6 Friday Workshops led by YOUTHinc. facilitators
🏙️ 2 Professional Study Tours across Ulaanbaatar workplaces
