Can there exist perfect teamwork?

You might want to say: "Two or more people working together is called a team"

Indeed. However, do you think that this definition can truly be called a team?

If so, on what basis?

I have seen countless examples of a failed attempt in trying to create the "perfect" For instance, each member would have their role and get equally divided into small tasks or one would do all the work. These methods might give some good results and seem like a great method, even so, the overall performance wouldn't turn out to be the best. This happens because of numerous problems: communication barriers, uncooperative members, disorganized tasks, etc.

Can there exist perfect teamwork?

Personally, no but if you put the 21st-century skills, the 4Cs into effect, then you sure are walking closer to success, to create the TEAM.

Then what are the four C’s of 21st Century skills?

The four Cs are:

  1. Critical thinking- think outside the box
  2. Creativity-solving the puzzle with a wild mind
  3. Collaboration- working like the ants
  4. Communication- breaking the bridge between confusion and clarity

When you think critically, it doesn't mean you have to criticize or find fault in everything but it is to engage in the world not fearing the limitations, always asking the question, why. In this day and age, when you can just find out about literally anything at the click of a button, where there is an information excess, you don’t just learn a set of facts or figures. Instead, you learn to discover them for yourself. For creativity, you are thinking outside the box to find the solution with a "wild" mind. Not being artistic, musical or artist and writer does not mean you are not creative. In truth, you solving the problem in your way creatively.

Looking at things from a different view, or someone else's point of view and accepting each other just the way they are, self-developing is an aspect of collaboration.

As the saying goes, communication is a key factor in our lives, meaning humans "live" by interacting with each other. Then what happens when there is no communication or obstacles in the way of communication. Even if you solve those obstacles, that doesn't mean you are communicating effectively. If you have said something, you can't think the other party record your ideas clearly. Therefore, It is crucial to ensure that each party in the conversation understood the ideas.

And lastly, only developing one of these wonderful skills alone can help you a lot in your life. Combining them all will greatly lead the team to success.
