I The YEE internship program has been a transformative experience for me, offering invaluable opportunities to connect with inspiring professionals and acquire practical skills. Through their guidance, I not only learned how to use tools like Google Sheets but also gained profound insights into the evaluation field.

Being part of the manifest-signing-and-standard-adoption team exposed me to the international standard of the Evaluation field and opened my eyes to the youth involvement initiatives present in many other countries. However, I discovered that my own country, Mongolia, lacked such initiatives.

Motivated by the belief that youth can make a difference, despite facing challenges and limited resources, our team embarked on a mission to introduce the evaluation standard to Mongolia. We reached out to decision-makers and collaborated with numerous organizations. Through our persistent efforts, we successfully implemented the standard in various organizations across the country.

While the journey was not without obstacles, it reinforced the notion that our determination and collective actions can lead to positive change. It demonstrated the power of youth engagement and highlighted the potential impact we can have on shaping professional fields.

Promoting the evaluation standard in Mongolia showcased the importance of youth involvement and fostered an optimistic outlook. It solidified my belief that our initiatives and endeavors can contribute to building a more inclusive and effective evaluation culture in our country.

I am immensely grateful for the YEE internship program and the opportunities it provided me. It allowed me to connect with inspiring individuals, acquire practical skills, and become an agent of change in the evaluation field. I remain hopeful that one day, the evaluation standard will be fully realized and embraced throughout Mongolia, thanks to the hard work and dedication of passionate individuals like those I had the privilege to work with.
