In my first “welcome meeting” i messed up again…OMG, I was very NERVOUS again when we started introducing ourself with an origami to make something that shows my personality or trait right before my turn to speak…My hands and legs started shaking as I got up from my seat. I was too anxious to think and spilled everything that crossed my mind. It was a whole new experience.
Within this 6 month internship, i have been trying my best to show up in all the activities including the Knowledge sharing sessions and participated in the Hachathon for Decent work ….I even participated in the Tedx talk….and overcoming my nervousness one step at a time…
6 long months later at the graduation party when we were doing self-reflection, I realized how much I changed. The tasks and activities helped me to push myself to be more open. I started taking courage to speak my mind. I became more confident about myself and what I'm capable of. And probably upskilled. All thanks to this internship and Mrs.Baljaa. I don't know about other people but my first ever internship experience has been AMAZING :)
