YOUTH inc is a social enterprise and a young professionals network helping young professionals to find their IKIGAI (meaning to why you do what you do) by building a blended, community driven platform for health & wellness and work & competence; and contribute towards a better future!
Youth Inc. has been re-established due to lack of highly skilled professionals in Mongolia and the skills mismatch; challenges of work-life balance, healthy lifestyle and building meaningful relationships with each other in this fast paced busy life cycle while searching for a meaning to why we do what we do to find our IKIGAI!
