Program Inclusion:

4-Month Guaranteed Internship Placement

Additional Program Components:

• Fortnightly employability webinars
• Weekly group discussions
• Slack channels for program participants

CareerBridge Curriculum: within the context of the NACE career readiness competencies.

• 1-3 additional hours per week
• 12 courses aligned with our 5 key learning objectives and the NACE career readiness competencies.

Student Support:

Host Company Supervisor - Main point of contact for the participants at Host Company

Intern Experience Manager - Main point of contact for the participants. Conducts regular check-ins and is there for ad-hoc support.

Internship Coach - Has two scheduled calls with the participants. One at the midpoint and one at the endpoint of the internship. The main aim is to help participants with their short, medium, and long-term career goals

Program Duration:

1, 2, 3 or 4 months
